Description:
By combining the thrill of horse riding and ice skating with the wonders of STEAM education, this camp nurtures the holistic development of young children by integrating mixed sports, STEAM and creativity in a dynamic and engaging environment.
Horse riding & stable management
Saddle up for an unforgettable experience at a horse riding school. Over the course of two immersive days, you will learn the fundamentals of pony riding under the guidance of equestrian professionals. From mounting to balancing, you will develop confidence in the saddle. Alongside riding, you'll also discover the essential skills of stable management, including feeding and general horse care. Understanding the bond between horse and rider, you will forge a connection with these majestic animals while learning valuable lessons in responsibility and empathy.
Ice skating
Unlock the wonders of STEAM education by gliding across the ice! You will lace up your ice skates and embark on an athletic exploration. Under the guidance of professional skating instructor, you'll build confidence on the ice through fun games and drills.
STEAM
That's not all - in our sport-linked STEAM classroom learning sessions, you'll engage in hands-on activities that blend STEAM with the thrilling context of sports. From exploring how ice resurfacing works to discovering the biomechanics of both the horse and the rider, you will discover the practical application of STEAM concepts in sports. We help foster curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, empowering you to become better athletes with enhanced STEM fluency and sportsmanship.

Details:
- Mochy certificate will be given to participants with over 80% attendance
- Strictly for age 4-10 only
- Each child must be accompanied by an adult on day 2 & 3
- Beginner level (no experience required)
- Class will mainly be delivered in English
- Teacher to student ratio is 1:8
Locations & parking:
- Day 1, 4, & 5 (ice skating): Cityplaza Ice Palace, 1/F, Cityplaza, 18 Taikoo Shing Road, Taikoo Shing, Hong Kong [Parking is available at own cost]
- Day 2 & 3 (equestrian): Ho Sheung Heung-STT 1408(TP), Sheung Shui, New Territories, Hong Kong [Parking is available for free]
Things to wear & bring:
- Day 1, 4, & 5 (ice skating, indoor): Long pants, thick socks, jacket
- Day 2 & 3 (equestrian, outdoor): Long pants, shoes with 1/4 inches thick heels, water bottle, hat/cap, sunscreen
