1.4 In any case of dispute, the decision of Mochy Kid shall be final.
2. USE OF MOCHY KID WEBSITE, COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHT
2.1 All logos, taglines, product ideas, copyrights and intellectual property rights of Mochy Kid belong to us, you must not use any of those for any purpose without the prior approval of Mochy Kid.

3. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
3.1 All Website Information is for indicative purposes only. Ordered product(s) may vary from the images or descriptions shown on the Mochy Kid Website.
4. PRICING
4.1 You can choose to view the Mochy Kid Website in multiple currencies. At checkout, the currency you'll be paying will be denominated in Hong Kong dollars.
4.2 Prices shown at checkout are honoured at the time your order is submitted with us online. Despite our best efforts, we cannot guarantee that the prices are free of errors and reserve the right to revise any inaccuracies, if any.
5. PLACING ORDERS ONLINE
5.1 PAYMENT METHODS
5.1.1 We accept payments via bank transfer (for Hong Kong customers only) and PayPal.
5.1.2 If you select payment by bank transfer, payment must be made within 3 calendar days; otherwise order will be cancelled automatically. You must notify us as soon as practicable upon payment and submit your i) bank-in slip and ii) order reference number via email at hello@mochykid.com as soon as practicable for our issue of order confirmation email. Please keep the bank-in slip for future verification.
5.1.3 If you select payment by PayPal, you confirm that the PayPal account, credit card or debit card used belongs to yourself or that you are authorised by the owner to use it. We will not accept responsibility for any postponement in delivery or non-delivery if the issuer of your card refuses to honor the transaction.
5.2 ORDER CONFIRMATION
5.2.1 Once you have placed an order on the Mochy Kid Website and made your payment, you will receive an order confirmation email as our acknowledgment of your order, such email does not form an endorsement of your order. Your order is endorsed and accepted when you receive a dispatch notification email to confirm that your order has been dispatched for delivery.
5.2.2 All orders are subject to final availability of products. We reserve the right not to accept any order at our sole discretion for any reason, for example shortage of supply and product quality below our standard. We will notify you by phone or email as soon as possible in an event that your order is unable to be fulfilled.
5.3 DELIVERY
5.3.1 The majority of orders delivered to Hong Kong shall be handled by our selected carriers, Hongkong Post or S.F. Express. For international delivery, please contact us for further information on delivery fee and time.
5.3.2 Expected delivery time to Hong Kong is normally 7-10 working days upon your receipt of order confirmation email, or you will be furnished an expected delivery period if certain items require additional processing by our external suppliers. We will make our best efforts to reach these estimates but cannot guarantee that such estimates must be met.
5.3.3 You need to sign a delivery confirmation when the parcel is collected and by doing so, you accept the ownership and responsibility for products delivered from that moment on. If the recipient is not the original purchaser, you accept such signature as an evidence of delivery and fulfilment of your order. We shall bear no responsibility for any special arrangements made between you and the delivery company, if any.
5.3.4 You may be invoiced for extra delivery and administration fee shall additional costs incurred, for instances alterations of recipient address / parcel refusal by recipient / return of parcel to us / redelivery, unless otherwise arranged.
5.3.5 We shall use our best endeavours to deliver your products to the address specified by you, but we shall not be liable, either wholly or in part, for any delay or non-delivery for causes beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation Force Majeure.
6. THIRD PARTY LINKS
6.1 The Mochy Kid Website may provide you with links to third party websites. We have no responsibility for the content or opinions expressed in such websites, which are governed by the terms and conditions and privacy policies of those related providers, if any.
7. PREVAILING LANGUAGE
7.1 Should there be any inconsistencies or conflicts between the English and the Chinese versions of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
8.1 These Terms shall be governed by the Laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. You and Mochy Kid agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts for determining any disputes arising for or in relation to these Terms.

5.1.2 若選擇透過銀行轉賬付款，請於3天內在入賬，然後以電郵hello@mochykid.com提供銀行入數紙及訂單編號，以便我們核實收款並盡快處理訂單。敬請保留入數紙以作將來核實之用。
5.1.3 若透過PayPal付款，閣下確認自己為該PayPal帳戶／信用卡／轉帳卡的持有人，或經持有人授權使用。如果閣下信用卡／轉帳卡的發行者拒絕授權有關交易, 我們將不承擔任何耽誤或取消發貨的責任。
5.2 接受訂單／核實訂單
5.2.1 在Mochy Kid網站提交訂單並付款後，閣下會收到一封訂單確認電郵，該電郵並不表示接受訂單。閣下的訂單會在收到一封發貨通知電郵時獲接受，該發貨通知電郵將列出並確定你的訂購詳情。
5.2.2 所有訂單均受相關產品的供應情況作最後確認。我們保留基於任何理由，例如供應短缺及產品未達我們的高品質標，而未能滿足閣下之訂單的權利。若有關情況出現，我們會盡快以電話或電郵通知閣下。
5.3 送貨
5.3.1 我們默認的快遞公司為香港郵政或順豐速運。有關國際運送，請聯繫我們作進一步查詢。
5.3.2 預計發貨期為收到發貨通知電郵起的7-10個工作天，或如閣下的產品需額外時間讓供應商處理，則會收到一個預期送貨期的提示。我們會竭力於預計送貨期內完成送貨, 但不保證必定於預計期內把貨品送到。
5.3.3 閣下需在收取貨品時簽署作確認，該簽署表示閣下已收悉並接受產品之擁有權及相關的責任轉移。如收件者並非閣下，閣下接受收件者的簽署為發貨證據。若閣下和快遞公司之間有任何特殊安排，我們恕不負責。
5.3.4 如有額外送貨費，包括但不限於更改收件人地址／包裹被收件人拒絕／包裹發回至回郵地址／再次送貨，我們保留權利向閣下徵收有關額外送貨及行政費用。
5.3.5 我們會盡力按照閣下提供之送貨地址把產品送達，但對基於在我們控制範圍以外因由而導致任何延誤或未能送貨，我們恕不負責。
